Office Use Etiquette
Thank you for selecting Revitix& Co-Working Spaces for your business. We believe that healthy ergonomics will enhance your productivity. Hence, we would kindly request you to observe the below Office Etiquette for your convenience and the convenience of other business partners.
1. General Conduct and Usage
Respectful Behavior: All members, guests, and visitors must behave in a respectful manner, consistent with the standards of a professional commercial office environment. Any activity that could be disruptive, dangerous, or offensive to others is strictly prohibited.
Prohibited Activities: The use of Revitix& Co-Working Spaces for illegal or offensive activities is forbidden. Violations will result in immediate action, including potential termination of membership and legal consequences.
Discrimination and Harassment: Revitix& Co-Working Spaces has a zero-tolerance policy for discrimination and harassment based on gender, race, religion, disability, or any other protected characteristic. Any violation will result in appropriate remedial action, up to and including removal from the premises.
2. Guest Access and Control
Guest Registration: All guests must be registered with Revitix& Co-Working Spaces through the front desk and must check in upon arrival. Guests may be required to present a valid, government-issued photo ID.
Accompaniment Requirement: Guests must be accompanied by a Revitix& Co-Working Spaces personnel or member at all times. Guests under the age of majority must be supervised closely.
Access Restrictions: Guests are only permitted in the designated workspace or reserved meeting room of the member. Access to common areas and other office spaces is prohibited.
Responsibility for Guests: Members are fully responsible for the conduct of their guests. Revitix& Co-Working Spaces reserves the right to restrict or deny guest access if these policies are violated.
3. Kitchen, Space Usage and Maintenance
Workspace Cleanliness: Members are required to keep their workspaces clean and tidy. This includes immediate disposal of waste and proper storage of personal items.
Shared Spaces: Common areas such as kitchens, meeting rooms, and rest rooms must be left in the condition in which they were found. All tools, dishes, and equipment must be cleaned and returned to their proper place after use.
Prohibition of Crockery Removal: Crockery and glassware must remain within Revitix& Co-Working Spaces. Only disposable cups are allowed for takeaway purposes.
Members are expected to properly wash all cups, dishes, and other used items with soap and water before returning them to their designated places.
4. Meetings and Noise Control
Designated Meeting Areas: Meetings must be conducted in reserved meeting rooms or private offices. Meetings in open areas are not allowed.
Noise Levels: Members must maintain low noise levels. Use headphones for online meetings or calls and keep phone ringtones at a low volume. If your voice tends to be loud, please use meeting rooms or private offices to avoid disturbing others.
5. Energy Consumption and Environmental Responsibility
Energy Conservation: Members are expected to conserve energy by turning off lights, computers, air conditioning, and other electrical equipment when not in use, especially after hours.
High-Energy Equipment: The use of equipment with high energy consumption or heat output is prohibited unless expressly approved by Revitix& Co-Working Spaces. Such equipment must not place excessive strain on electrical, IT, HVAC, or structural systems.
Sustainable Practices: Members are encouraged to adopt sustainable practices, including minimizing paper usage, recycling waste, and using reusable items where possible.
6. Security and Access Control
Non-Transferable Membership: Revitix& Co-Working Spaces memberships and access cards are non-transferable and intended solely for the person to whom they are issued. Sharing or lending access cards is strictly prohibited.
Lost or Damaged Access Cards: Members must report lost or damaged access cards immediately. A replacement fee may apply.
Access Control: Do not allow others to access restricted areas without using their own access cards. If someone follows you into the premises without swiping their card, request that they check in with the front desk.
7. Health, Safety, and Prohibited Items
Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside Revitix& Co-Working Spaces, including private offices, except in designated smoking areas.
Prohibited Items: Weapons, hazardous materials, and any other dangerous or inflammable substances are strictly prohibited. Report any such items immediately to the Revitix& Co-Working Spaces team.
Alcohol Consumption: Consumption of alcohol is not allowed within the premises. Members are responsible for ensuring that their guests comply with this rule.
Pets Policy: Pets are not permitted within Revitix& Co-Working Spaces.
8. Technology and Network Security
Device Security: All devices connected to Revitix& Co-Working Spaces’ wireless network must be kept up-to-date with the latest software and free from malware. Non-compliant devices will be removed from the network until the issue is resolved.
Prohibited Technology Use: Members may not operate any equipment that exceeds normal office usage without prior approval. This includes devices that significantly increase heat output or electrical consumption.
9. Mail and Deliveries
Mail Handling: Only members with a mail handling service as part of their membership may receive mail and packages at Revitix& Co-Working Spaces. Mail must be collected within the specified time frames, or it may be returned, stored at a fee, or disposed of.
Notification of Deliveries: Members will be notified of package arrivals but not for regular mail. If you expect large or valuable deliveries, please inform the team in advance to arrange proper handling.
10. Emergency Procedures and Compliance
Emergency Exits: Members should familiarize themselves with the location of emergency exits and evacuation procedures. In case of an emergency, follow the instructions provided by the Revitix& Co-Working Spaces team.
First Aid and Incident Reporting: First aid supplies are available; report any injuries or incidents immediately.
Compliance with Rules: Members are required to comply with all rules and policies, which may be updated as necessary. Non-compliance may result in penalties, including the termination of membership.
11. Video Surveillance and Privacy
Surveillance: For security reasons, Revitix& Co-Working Spaces may record certain areas of the premises via video. These recordings are used solely for the safety and security of members.
12. After-Hours Usage
After-Hours Access: Clients using the space after regular hours must adhere to all established rules and may only use their designated workspace or reserved meeting room.
After-Hours Guest Policy: Guests during after-hours must be confined to the designated workspace or reserved meeting room.
Security Measures: Before leaving, ensure that the balcony door is locked, all lights are turned off, and no electrical equipment remains in operation in the kitchen.
13. Event Hosting and Community Engagement
Event Scheduling: Any event hosting must be pre-approved by Revitix& Co-Working Spaces. Events should be scheduled in a way that does not interfere with the work environment of other members.
Community Engagement: Members are encouraged to engage in networking and collaboration, but these activities should not disrupt others or infringe on their privacy.
14. Personal Property and Responsibility
Responsibility for Personal Items: Members are responsible for their personal property. Revitix& Co-Working Spaces is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.
Temporary Use Items: Items provided temporarily by Revitix& Co-Working Spaces must be returned in good condition. Members may be charged for any lost, stolen, or damaged property.
